Introduction

A focused apparel manufacturer, built around Clients' changing needs

Fashions Care was established in 2020 to work specifically across the apparel and fashion space — both garment clothing and jeans. As our clients' requirements grew, we broadened into a multi‑disciplinary setup covering garments and jeans manufacturing under one roof.

We've since added a full‑time expert team dedicated to finishing orders on schedule, and we continue investing in the specialist attention an ever‑changing project environment demands. Teamwork on every order is treated as the key to getting it right, and management stays close to the key functions on every project rather than delegating them away.

The factory is equipped with modern machines and the staff to back them up, so the same standard of service applies whether the order is a first sample run or a repeat container.

We ensure goods meet buyer requirements through our own experienced quality control team — and if a buyer wants an outside check, an independent inspection team can review the goods too.

How the QC process runs

Every merchandiser has three full‑time QCs assigned, doing in‑line inspection at each stage of production. At a set time each day, our QA supervisor re‑checks 35% of the garments already passed by the QCs in each section, while the QCs themselves check 100% of goods. Daily reports move from QC to QA supervisor, then to the relevant merchandiser and Managing Director, and each merchandiser carries out a final inspection before shipment.

All garments are lab‑tested for colour fastness, pilling and fibre composition according to each buyer's requirements.
